Our Staff

As a VWO, a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), we are invited to attend short courses relating to children and youth issues by Social Service Institute (SSI). 

Centre manager – Holds a ‘Specialist Diploma in Community and Social Services (Student Care)’ and also ‘Diploma in Pre-School Education’. She has 12 years of experience in working in a student care centre setting. She has also attended courses like ‘Juvenile Law for Social Service Professionals’, ‘Managing Suicidal and Self-Harm behaviour in Youths’, ‘The Art of Cyber-Wellness for Youths in the Digital Age’, and various topics related to children and youths. 

Centre supervisor – Holds a ‘Diploma in Community and Social Services (Student Care)’ and also ‘Diploma in Early Childhood Education’. She has six years of experience working in student care centre. She completed courses like ‘The Art of Cyber-Wellness for Youths in the Digital Age’ and many other topics.

Centre teachers – Completed training in ‘WSQ Student Care Programme’. They have also attended short courses like ‘Dealing with children with Learning Disabilities’, ‘Effective Classroom Managment Skills’, ‘Animate Your Voice, Tell Good Stories’, etc…

Most of our staff are certified in Standard First-Aid with CPR and AED to ensure the safety of the children.
